Summer:
1. Set dates and secure audition centers, by phone and by letter (or e-mail).
2. Choose a committee of 3.
3. Write "Syllabus Information Letter" with current information.
4. Give letter to Handbook chairman for inset in the PAMTA Handbook.
5. Plan a workshop for those entering AIM for the first time.


Fall:
1. Verify audition centers.
2. Announce any changes in AIM sent out by the State.
3. Check supply of enrollment sheets, sign-up sheets, guidelines for judges, etc.
4. Obtain judges.
5. Receive theory enrollment sheets, total fees and give checks to Treasurer.
6. Determine hours of judging time and rooms needed.
7. Schedule students.
8. Return duplicate enrollment forms to teachers.
9. Send Hostess-timers a job description.
10. Copy exams, scoresheets, etc.
11. Prepare Master Control Spreadsheet for recording student scores, etc.
12. Prepare folders for each judge with all exams papers necessary.
13. Prepare Hostess-timer thank you notes. (If using students, we usually give them $5.)
14. Conduct judges meeting, going over exams carefully.
15. Hold exams.
